Teresa Foote is a Mortgage Loan Officer who enjoys helping clients find the perfect program to meet their needs. She knows that no two clients are the same and prides herself in thinking outside the box and finding the correct loan program to meet the needs and goals of each client.
A native of the Willamette Valley in Oregon, Teresa Foote graduated from Linfield University with a degree in Accounting. Her nearly two decades working in finance and quality assurance management has equipped Teresa with a strong skill set to understand the complexity that accompanies the mortgage loan process. Over the last 5 years working directly in the mortgage industry, she has developed a strong knowledge of the programs available as well as the steps necessary to take a loan from application to closing in an efficient manner. Teresa prides herself in keeping her clients informed in a clear and easy to understand fashion with a goal of making the loan process smooth, and enjoyable.
Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She plays soccer and softball, enjoys running, water sports and boating in the summer. She can also be seen catching the latest movie with her husband and volunteering at her daughters schools.
